How to be healthy
Being healthy? I'v never thought of being healthy well here is a way of being healthy.
Healthy is when you are Strong you are healthy and if you don't eat you can gain weight i now right i did not now that when i First learnt that because you are going to Leran it that's why i will tell you it is called Metabolism,Metabolism is something in your body that store's
stuff that you eat in the past because they don't now when you are going to eat again
that's why when you don't eat you can gain weight. Also when you don't eat because your
fuel will run out fuel is something you that you eat and it washes down into fuel.Fuel
is also energy. Also the palm in the sized portion of what you eat and also
that will help you be healthy.Also eat 5+ a day and Exercise and be fit and be healthy!!!!
